Do you see “No Group Found” when you login to Quick Tip?
Because we use your Facebook, Google or other accounts to login, you may see “No Group Found” if you login with a different account. This typically happens with Google as many people have more than one Google account.
To fix the problem, follow these step-by-step instructions.
Log back in to Google with the correct account.
- Go to https://www.google.com/
- Click “Sign in” in the top right corner
- Choose an account or “Use another account” and enter your password
*If you are not sure which account you used, you may need to try several.
